摘要
目的探讨三维表面遮盖法重组(3D-SSD)成像在颌面部复杂、多发性骨折的诊断与治疗中的作用。方法对94例颌面部骨折的患者行颌面部3D-SSD成像。结果无论是单发骨折还是复杂的多发骨折均能在3D-SSD成像上对其细节清晰显示。结论3D-SSD成像为颌面部复杂多发骨折的定位诊断提供可靠的依据,有益于选择最合适的治疗方案。
Objective To investigate the role of 3 D - SSD imaging in diagnosis and treatment of complex and multiple maxillofacial fractures. Method 3D - SSD maxillofacial imaging was applied in 94 cases of maxillofacial fractures. Results Both single fracture or complex multiple fractures could clearly be showed in detail on 3D - SSD imaging. Conclusion 3D - SSD imaging will provide a reliable diagnosis for complex multiple maxillofacial fractures, and it is beneficial for selection of most suitable procedures for treatment.
