摘要
目的:观察红花黄色素B(SYB)对ADP诱导的大鼠体外血小板聚集的抑制作用及抗凝作用。方法:大鼠腹主动脉取血,制备富血小板血浆(PRP)和贫血小板血浆(PPP),在PRP中加入SYB溶液及ADP,记录血小板聚集曲线,计算血小板聚集抑制率;在PPP中加入SYB和PT试剂,记录大鼠血浆凝血酶原时间(PT);在PPP中加入SYB、APTT试剂和CaCl2,记录部分活化凝血活酶时间(APTT);在PPP中加入SYB、TT试剂,记录凝血酶时间(TT)。结果:SYB可抑制ADP诱导的体外大鼠最大血小板聚集率,可延长大鼠离体血浆PT、APTT和TT,且呈明显的量效关系。结论:SYB可阻断多种途径诱发的血栓形成反应,为红花活血化瘀的主要有效成分之一。
Objective：To observe antithrombotic effect of safflower yellow B on rats in vitro. Method：Blood of abnormal aorta was taken from rats,then platelet rich plasma（PRP）and platelet poor plasma（PPP）were prepared respectively. Platelet aggregation curve, PT,TT and APTT were recorded, maxima platelet aggregation rate and inhibitive rate of platelet aggregation were calculated. Results： SYB could significantly inhibited ADP- induced platelet aggregation of rats in vitro, prolonged plasma PT,TT and APTT of rats. Conclusion：SYB could restrain different pathways-induced thrombosis,it is mainly effective component of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in Flos Carthami.
