摘要
近年来，四川草业的发展，在牧区狠抓“人草畜”三配套建设，在半农半牧区，大力推广粮草轮作，实行农牧结合，在农区改“粮经”二元结构为“粮草经”三元结构，取得了很大的成绩。１９９７年全省建设人工草地２８７８９３ｈｍ２，灭鼠治虫面积２４６０００ｈｍ２，累计建种子生产基地４７３３ｈｍ２，生产牧草种子２５０ｔ，草粉加工厂（点）６００个，生产草产品４７０００ｔ。“九五”期间，四川草地建设继续坚持“因地制宜，分类指导，注重效益，稳定发展”的方针，坚持以“市场为导向，效益为中心，科技为依托，增值为目标，草业大发展”的战略，实现草地畜牧业大发展的目的。
Recently,the prata-cultural industrial development in Sichuan was generally working along as according to the so-called vigorously promoting the man-grass-animal cycle into one so as to form a complete set of ‘three into one'constructional model;extending the food and grass rotational system in the half by half agricultural and pastoral districts style combination of agriculture with animal husbandry,and working towards the developmental roads from the bi-unit structure of food and economical industries in all to forward to the tri-unit structure of ‘food-grass-economy' together,and then finally achieved great success.In 1997,we had set up the man-made grassland areas to 287,893 hm2,eliminated wild rats and controlled insect pests to an area of 246,000 hm2 and succeeded to reconstract seed-foundation land area of 4,733 hm2 where we could produce seeds 250 ton,set up grass powder processing factories at 600 points,grass products by 47,000 tons.During the Ninth Five-Year-Plan time period,we were continuously making with unremitting efforts and holding persistently on firm directions towards ‘suiting measures to local conditions',classifying and guiding uniformly,and laying stresses on directing firmly and setting unified minds to seek for development,persisting the strategy of facing on the marketing route as a guiding direction,profit as a center,science and technology as a backing support,value-increment as an aim and prata-culture as a main development.At last,all the forementioned strategies are the very way onto hard working steps towards our final victory aim to the development of animal raising industry of our Country.
