灌浆期土壤干旱条件下氮素营养对小麦旗叶光合作用的影响 被引量:41

摘要 灌浆期土壤干旱条件下,施氮明显增强了小麦旗叶对干旱的生理适应性,延缓了叶片衰老,提高了整株叶面积和叶绿素含量;施氮使旗叶净光合速率、气孔导度和叶肉光合活性都维持在较高的水平上,从而增大了干旱期间小麦的光合产物供应,提高了小麦的产量。干旱情况下施氮使小麦产量提高,主要是由于施氮增大了每穗粒数和每穗粒重。 Effects of nitrogen nutrition on photosynthesis of flag leaf of wheat (Trrticum acstivum L.cv Xiaoyan No:6) were studied during grain filling stage under limited soil moisture. The results show that the application of nitrogen fertilizer can increase the physiological adaptation of flag leaf to drought, delay senescence of wheat leaf, increase chlorophll content and leaf area and keep photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and photosynthetic activity of mesophyll on the high level in the case of dry soils. Therefore, the application of nitrogin fertilizer can increase photosynthate supplies during grain filling stage and yield of wheat in the case of limited soil moisture, the reason why the application of nitrogen fertilizer can increase wheat yield is that nitrogen fertilizer will increase the numbers and weight of grain per ear.
