摘要
纵观上海经济发展的历史轨迹和上海金融中心崛起的现实,利用金融杠杆来带动整个社会的发展是上海新一轮发展的必然选择。就上海而言,如何形成新的经济发展动力,并持续带动上海经济发展是上海金融界和经济界亟待研究和解决的问题。
In light of the history of Shanghai＇s economic development and its rise as financial center, we should undoubtedly utilize financial leverage as the engine of Shanghai＇s further economic development in the new era. As for Shanghai, the pressing question is how to form a new growth incentive, which could lead to continuous economic development.
