吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的:观察吉西他滨联合顺铂(GP)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的有效性和毒性反应。方法:应用GP治疗晚期NSCLC患者38例,并与采用环磷酰胺和阿霉素联合顺铂(CAP)治疗的晚期NSCLC患者32例进行对比分析。结果:总有效率:GP组为36.8%,CAP组为15.6%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血液学毒性和胃肠道毒性,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期NSCLC有较好疗效,其毒副作用易于防治,安全性及耐受性较好,尤为适合在中老年肺癌患者应用。
