摘要
针对我国草原资源有偿使用中存在的问题，对有偿使用的价格核定思路进行了论述，并对其法制化提出了一些具体的建议，以保障草原资源的增值，减轻草原资源的退化、破坏和浪费。

With considerations on current problems in grassland resource utilization, the price check computation system for recoverable utilization was discussed and practical constitution was recommended to guarantee the grassland resource increase in value,reduce the deterioration, damage and waste of grassland.
