该文对天津临港工业区的交通出行需求进行了分析,阐述了环绕渤海的海滨大道对临港工业区交通出行的重要性,并对临港工业区主要出行道路与海滨大道相交的各个节点进行了详细介绍,论证了海滨大道的建设与临港工业区交通需求的相互依托关系,实现了区域交通与过境交通的分离。
The article analyzes the traffic traveling demands of Lingang Industrial Area in Tianjin,sets forth the importance of Seaside Avenue surrounding Bohai River to the traffic traveling of Lingang Industrial Area,introduces in detail every joint at the intersections of the main traveling roads in Lingang Industrial Area with Seaside Avenue,and demonstrates the mutual relying-on relationship of the construction of Seaside Avenue with the traffic demand of Lingang Industrial Area as so to realize the separation of the areal traffic from the transit traffic.
