近年来,伴随着经济的发展,我国人民的饮食生活得到迅速的提高。饮食行业和食品工业以前所未有的势头改变着人们的消费结构,也极大地影响着我国农业的发展。而我国面临的农业环境污染问题可望从食品工业的健康发展中得到缓解。同时,传统食品的工业化、合理化开发,不仅可提高人民生活素质,而且对促进农业可持续发展有重大意义。
