摘要
由于所拍摄目标方位的不确定性,某空间相机在工作过程中存在短时间内大角度的姿态变化,给热控制带来了难度。采用热隔离、热疏导及温度补偿等方法针对该空间相机进行了热控制系统的设计。建立了相机结构和热控措施的有限元模型,并利用I-DEAS软件进行了稳态和瞬态仿真分析。仿真结果验证了热设计满足热控需求,且热控方案可行。
The characteristic of the space camera is great attitude movement in little time when it working, it makes thermal control of the space camera more difficuh. A thermal control system of the space camera was designed by means of thermal isolation, thermal transmission and temperature compensation. The finite element model was built based upon the structure and thermal control system of the space camera. Temperature distribution of steady state solution and transient solution were computed with I-DEAS software, the results of simulation show that the thermal control system can meet the requirement of missions, and the thermal design is feasible.
