摘要
随着移动技术尤其是3G与移动IP技术的发展,手机的计算功能日益强大,为解决因油田作业流动性强、地处偏远而无法实时掌控油田GIS信息的实际困难提供了新思路。本文基于对J2ME平台、MobileSVG、移动数据传输等技术的深入研究,结合油田实际情况,提出了油田移动GIS服务的设计框架,给出了关键技术的解决方案,为"数字油田"的建设奠定了技术基础。
With the development of mobile technology, especially the development of 3G and mobile IP, the calculation function of the handset is becoming more and more powerful, which provides new method to solve the difficulties encountered in real-time accessing GIS information caused by the characteristics of remote outwork in oil:fields. On the basis of studying in-depth on the technologies of J2ME platform, Mobile SVG and mobile data transfer, etc., and according to the practical situation of oilfield, the design framework of oilfield mobile GIS Service is put forward and the schemes of key technologies are given in this paper, which establishes the technical foundation for the construction of "Digital Oilfield".
