Research and Simulation on Multi-motor Synchronous Control for Stage Systems

摘要 本文针对现代化舞台表演多电机同步控制系统中负载需求不可预知的情况,使用一种速度耦合控制方式,实现多电机同步控制。仿真结果表明,该方式比主从控制方式具有更为优良的启动性能,能够有效的减小负载扰动后的转速同步误差,适用于对电机转速同步性能要求较高的场合。 Aiming at the unpredictable load disturbance in modern stage performance system, a method of multi-motor synchronous control based on the compensation of coupled velocity is designed to achieve multi-motor synchronous control. The structure is simulated and the synchronous performance is analyzed in compare with master-slave synchronous control. It is known that this method has the satisfying starting performance, and can decrease synchronous error result from load disturbance. So it is applicable for the situation of requiring the smaller synchronous error.
