摘要
目的国家评价性抽验对克林霉素磷酸酯制剂质量进行分析。方法结合我所实施的实验室信息管理系统(LIMS),对广东省2007年国家评价性抽验品种克林霉素磷酸酯注射液和注射用克林霉素磷酸酯进行质量分析。结果除个别批次外,克林霉素磷酸酯注射液和注射用克林霉素磷酸酯样品质量均符合标准规定。结论对比二者药品标准,国外质量标准规定更为明确。
Objective To analyze the quality of the Clindamycin Phosphate Injection and Clindamycin Phosphate for Injection. Methods In 2007, Laboratory Information Management System （LIMS） was used to analyze the quality of the Clindamycin Phosphate Injection and Clindamycin Phosphate for Injection. Results Except one batch of the Clindamycin Phosphate for Injection, the samples accord with the demand. Conclusions Compared with the state standards, the USP 30 and BP 2007 standards are more defined.
