摘要
分析不同FPG状态下血清白介素18(IL-18)、IL-6含量及相关因素,发现不同FPG水平下血清IL-18水平有明显不同(P<0.01),且随FPG升高而升高;血清IL-6水平在FPG≥6.1mmol/L时显著增高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。推测IL-18可能是导致2型糖尿病发生的重要细胞因子之一。
We analyzed the relationship of FPG with the concentration of IL-18 and IL-6 in the situation of different fasting plasma glucose. The serum IL-18 levels were significantly different among all groups(P〈0. 01). With FPG increasing, the IL-18 levels were increased. The serum IL-6 levels were higher in the subjects with FPG≥6. lmmol/L (P〈0. 05). IL-18 might be an important molecule for advancing type 2 diabetes.
