摘要
介绍了莱钢冷轧水处理站采用陶瓷膜超滤装置处理冷轧含油废水的应用,通过该工艺对含油废水的处理,CODCr的去除率达到90%,浊度去除率可达到92%以上,油的去除率可达到95%以上,达到了预期处理效果。
This paper presents the application of ceramic membrane uhrofiltering device in processing cold-rolling oil-beating waste water at the cold-rolling water processing station. Through processing, wiping off rate of CODCr reached 90% , wiping off rate of turbidity could go up to 92% , the wiping off rate of oil could reach over 95 %, seeing the anticipated processing results.
