摘要
体育调解作为一种体育纠纷解决机制,具有调解所具有的合意性、简易高效性、保密性、费用低等优势。英国、加拿大及国际体育仲裁院均建立有体育调解机制,我国应参照域外做法,构建与国际接轨的体育调解制度。
Sports mediation as a type of sports dispute settlement mechanism has all the advantages which mediation is provided with, such as desirable, simple, highly efficient, confidential and low cost. Britain, Canada and the International Sports Arbitration Institution have all established a sports mediation mechanism. China should, by referring to the practice oversea, build a sports mediation system that keeps up with international developments.
