石菖蒲的薄层鉴别及β-细辛醚的含量测定 被引量:16

摘要 目的建立石菖蒲药材鉴定方法及质量控制标准。方法以来源、薄层色谱鉴别石菖蒲药材,用HPLC法测定其有效成分β-细辛醚含量。结果薄层鉴别中,石菖蒲供试品在与对照品相对保留时间相同的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点;HPLC法测得β-细辛醚在0.1~0.6μg范围内线性关系良好,其回归方程为Y=37158.2X-589.5,r=0.9997,平均回收率为96.78%(RSD=0.95%)。结论该方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于石菖蒲的质量控制。 Objective To establish a method for identification and quality control of Rhizoma Acori Talarinowii. Methods The medicinal herb of Rhizoma Acori Talarinowii was identified by its origin and TLC. High - performance, liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the content of β-asarone in Rhizoma Acori Talarinowii. Results The results of TLC showed that there were some spots with the same color in the position having the same relative retention time between the tested medicinal material and the control. The results of HPLC showed that a good linearity was in the range of 0. 1 -0.6 μg, the regression equation was Y=37158.2X-589.5( r =0. 999 7), and the average recovery was 96.78 % (RSD = 0.95 % ). Conclusion The method is simple and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Rhizoma Acori Talarinowii.
