虚拟样机技术在液压支架设计制造中的应用

摘要 虚拟样机技术又称为系统动态仿真技术,他是以机械系统运动学、动力学和控制理论为核心,借助于成熟的三维计算图形技术、基于图形的用户界面技术、信息技术、集成技术等,将分散的产品设计开发和分析过程集成在一起,使产品的设计者、使用者和制造者在产品研制的早期,在虚拟环境中直观形象地对虚拟产品原形进行设计优化、性能测试、使用仿真等。用数字化形式代替传统的实物样机试验,在系统水平上真正地预测机械结构的工作性能,实现系统的最优化设计。 The technology of virtual prototyping is also called systematic dynamic simulating technology, which is based on mechanical system kinematics, dynamics and controlling theory. The technology of virtual prototyping intergraded the distracted product designing, developing and the analysis process, by the help of the three-dimensional graphics technology and the user interface technology, information technology and grouping technology based on graphics. These technologies can make the product designer, user and manufacturer to optimize, test and simulate the virtual product prototype, and can apply the digital type to take place of traditional practical prototype test in the beginning of product designing. This technology can predict the working performance of mechanical structure in the systematic level to get the most optimized design.
