摘要 为了研究气流在快轴流CO2激光器湍流发生器中的湍流状态和结构对气压和速度的影响,以计算流体力学CFD为基础,利用AnsysCFX仿真软件对三种湍流发生器中气体的流动状态进行了仿真分析。模拟结果表明湍流发生器的结构与产生的湍流的强度有密不可分的关系,湍流的状态是决定着放电阳极的形式和放置位置的关键因素;不同的湍流发生器对放电管中气流的速度和压力有着不同的影响。通过结果对比发现,圆孔喷射型湍流发生器配合针状阳极能够得到最大的放电长度,并且对压力和速度的影响比较小。仿真结果对湍流发生器结构的改进有指导作用。 In order to research the condition of the turbulence in turbulence genetators and the influence of structure on the pressure and velocity in fast axial -flow CO2 laser , based on the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) , the condition of airflow in three kinds of turbulence generator were simulated using the software of Ansys CFX. The results show that the structure of turbulence genetator and intensity of the turbulence have close relationship, the turbulence condition is the main factor affecting the style and position of the positive pole. It also shows that different structure of turbulence generator has different effects on the velocity and pressure of the airflow in the discharge tube. By comparing the results, the hole bursting turbulence generator together with the needle positive pole can get the longest discharge distance, and also have less influence on the pressure and velocity. The simulation results provide instructions on the improvement of the structure of turbulence generator.
