机车制动记录装置中嵌入式USB Host的设计 被引量:1

摘要 支持USB功能已成为现代数据采集和监控系统的发展趋势,机车紧急制动时的参数对分析事故原因至关重要;针对机车制动记录装置的数据转储功能设计了一种嵌入式USB Host解决方案;该方案以XC164单片机为微处理器,ISP1160为主控制器,辅以大容量存储器和时钟芯片,移动存储器使用普通U盘;文中介绍的硬件体系结构和软件设计方法,兼顾了系统的性能和开发的方便性,对其他嵌入式USB Host解决方案也有一定的普遍意义。 Nowadays, it is a development trend to support USB in modern data collection and monitoring system and parameters of locomotive brake is greatly important to analysis the cause of the accident. This paper designed an USB Host embedded solutions aims at data dump function for locomotive braking recorder. This scheme adopts XC164 single chip microcomputer for microprocessors, ISPl160 for main controller, and combines with large--capacity memory chip and clock chip. And U disk is adopted as the mobile memory disk. The hardware architecture and software design approach is introduced in this paper, which considers system's performance and convenience of development, and has a certain universal significance for other embedded USB Host solutions.
