摘要
提出一种无异氰酸酯聚氨酯(NIPU)的制备方法,即以1,6-六亚甲基二氨基甲酸甲酯(HDU)、聚乙二醇400(PEG400)或聚醚二元醇3000(EPO3000)为原料,通过酯交换反应合成无异氰酸酯聚氨酯。产物用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱以及凝胶色谱进行表征。结果表明,所得产物为聚氨酯。最后,通过实验得到最佳合成条件为:即HDU与EPO3000摩尔比为1∶1,180℃下反应1h,重均相对分子质量为8.5×104。
A preparation method of isocyanate-free polyurethane was proposed using dimethylhexane-1,6-dicarbamate (HDU) as a curing agent. The structure of the obtained polyurethane was confirmed by means of IR, NMR, and GPC. When the molar ratio of HDU to polyether glycol 3000 was 1 : 1, the reaction temperature was 180℃, a weight-average molecular weight of 8. 5×10^4 was obtained after 1 hour.
