摘要
分析当前宁安市农村垃圾污染现状及其原因,针对农村垃圾的收集、贮运、最终处理处置的主要环节,提出了宁安市农村垃圾治理的总体思路、坚持的原则、运行模式以及采取的措施,使垃圾从产生源头上进行减量化、资源化,以最少量进入到无害化处置环节。农村垃圾治理不仅带来环境效益,同时也带来相应的经济效益和社会效益。从根本上实现农村垃圾污染防治,以保持农村经济可持续发展,农民生活质量持续提高。
This research analyses the situation and reasons of rural waste pollution in Ning＇an city. According to main links of the collection, storage, and final disposal for rural waste, we put forward general idea, principle, operation mode and measures for the treatment of rural waste in Ning＇an city. By this way, it could not only reach the resources recovery and quantitative reduction from the sources, but also bring the least waste into harmless steps. Rural waste treatment could bring environmental, ecological and social benefits. To achieve the control countermeasure of rural waste pollution, it could keep sustainable development of rural economy and improve farmers＇ living quality.
