摘要
目的探讨依达拉奉联合苦碟子对急性脑梗死患者血浆C反应蛋白(CRP)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法92例急性脑梗死随机分为依达拉奉注射液联合苦碟子注射液治疗组(治疗组)和苦碟子注射液治疗组(对照组),治疗前和治疗2个疗程后测定血浆CRP和IL-6水平。结果两组患者治疗后,对照组和治疗组的CRP较治疗前分别地降低18.8%、46.7%,IL-6浓度较治疗前分别降低12.7%和9.6%,经统计学处理均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论依达拉奉联合应用苦碟子可通过降低CRP及IL-6水平来发挥保护脑组织作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of edaravone with Kudiezi（ixeri sonhifolia） injection on plasma C- reactive protein （CRP） and interleukin- 6（IL-6） in patients（pts） with acute cerebral infarction（ACI）. Methods Ninety- two pts with ACI were randomly divided into two groups：Treatment group treated by edaravone with Kudiezi injection and control group treated by Kudiezi injection. The levels of plasma CRP and IL - 6 were determined before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the levels of plasma CRP in treatment group and control group were decreased by 18.8% and 46.72% ,respectively,and plasma IL- 6 levels were decreased by 12.7% and 9.6% respectively（P〈0. 05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Edaravone with Kudiezi injection had protective effect on brain tissue by lowering plasma CRP and IL - 6 levels.
