摘要
2006年7月调查了肇庆星湖4个子湖浮游植物状况并对其水质状况进行了评价。结果表明:浮游植物共监测到7门79种,细胞平均密度在10^5-10^6 cells.L-1,叶绿素浓度在2-5 mg.L-1。其中中心湖、青莲湖、仙女湖以蓝藻门的平列藻、色球藻占主要优势,而波海湖则以绿藻为主要优势群落。根据多样性指数评价结果,星湖属于中营养化至富营养化之间,其中仙女湖、青莲湖、中心湖已达到富营养化水平,4个子湖泊的富营养化程度由高至低依次为:仙女湖、青莲湖、中心湖、波海湖。
The characteristics of phytoplankton community, including species,quantifies biomass,dominant species and diversity of phytoplankton of star lake were investigated in july 2006, and then the water quanlity was evaluated, results showed: 79 species in 7 phylum of phytoplankton in four small lakes of lake star were identified, The density of phytoplankton cell was10^ - 10^6 cells/L, Chlorophylla concentration was 2 mg/L -5 mg/L. The dominant species were Merismopedia sp. Chroococcales sp. in Qinglianhu, Zhongxinhu and Bohaihu. but dominant communities were Chlorophyta in Bohaihu. Based on results obtained, the trophic status of Lake Star was in meso - eutrophication to eutrophication. The order of trophic levels of its four small lakes, from the high to the low, were Xianntihu, Qinglianhu, Zhongxinhu and Bohaihu successively.
