摘要
对国内外多家公司或单位(包括国外的UOP公司、CHEVRON公司、SHELL公司、BP公司、TEXACO公司、M.W.KELLOGG公司和HALDOR TOPSOE化工设备公司,国内如洛阳石油化工工程公司、中国石化工程建设公司及抚顺石油化工研究院)不同结构形式的加氢反应器气液混合分配系统进行了介绍,分析了早期结构的不足之处。说明了当前国内外几种具有代表性的气液混合分配系统结构上的改进,对其混合机理进行了分析,指出了分配系统今后的发展趋势。
Here introduced are the different types of gas-liquid mixing and distributing systems for hydroprocessing reactors of UOP, CHEVRON, SHELL, BP, TEXACO, M. W. KELLOGG, HARDOR TOPSOE, LPEC, SEI and FRIPP. The drawbacks of the earlier products are analyzed. The improvements in the construction of several typical gas-liquid mixing and distributing systems are described, and their mixing mechanism is analyzed. The future developing trend is predicted.
