摘要
对近10年来在中国申报的分馏塔降液管专利结构进行了分析,其中国外公司的专利包括Sulzer公司的圆形降液管、UOP公司的能使各层塔板上液体流动方向相同(即并流)的带挡板降液管、壳牌公司带导向板的降液管、Glitsch公司在Nye Tray基础上改进的降液管;国内专利包括浙江工业大学在MD塔板上改进的DJ降液管、防冲击漏液降液管和可机械消泡降液管、中国石油化工集团公司类似于填料塔槽式液体分布器的降液管、西安石油大学的带消能器降液管等。阐述了结构变化对降液管性能进而对塔板性能产生的影响,对降液管的开发提出了建议。
The constructions of downcomers which have been applied for patent right in China in recent years are studied. These downcomers are circular downcomer of Sulzer, UOP' s downcomer with baffle which allow the liquid flowing in same direction on the tray ( cocurrent flow), Shell' s downcomer with guide plate, improved downcomer of Glitsch, DJ downcomer of Zhejiang University, bubble-removing downcomer, anti-impingement and leakless downcomer, downcomer similar to trough liquid distributor in packing tower, and downcomer with baffle or metal packing of Xi' an Petroleum University. The impact of construction changes on downcomer' s and tower tray' s performances are discussed and recommendations on research and development of downcomer are presented.
