摘要 分析了新型脱氯技术——新型再生放空气脱氯系统在连续重整装置上的应用情况,并分析了该技术对工程设计的影响。采用Chlorsorb技术代替传统的碱洗系统,流程简化,操作简单,避免了催化剂再生部分因碱洗系统堵塞而被迫停工的可能,同时也避免碱洗时产生新的污染物——含碱废水或含盐废水的现象。Chlorsorb技术国内应用尚在起步阶段,其脱氯效果及其带来的经济效益以及对催化剂的影响有待于进一步考察。 The application of new regeneration vent gas dechlorination technology in CCR unit is studied, and its impact on project engineering is analyzed. The application of Chlorsorb process to replace the conventional caustic wash system has simplified the process, made it easier for operation and eliminated the possibility of unscheduled shutdown of catalyst regeneration section due to the plugging in caustic wash system. At the same time, the new contaminant wastes--waste water containing caustic and brine waste water are minimized. As the Chlorsorb process was first licensed for the commercial unit in China, its dechlorination efficiency, economics and impact on the catalyst remain to be investigated in future operation.
