摘要
利用化学滴定的基本原理,建立了一种铁样品中铁含量的微量滴定法分析方法。以重铬酸钾为标准溶液、二苯胺磺酸钠为指示剂,无汞法处理样品,微量滴定法测定样品中的铁含量。结果显示,平均铁含量为38.94%,平均相对标准偏差为0.19%。与常量分析所得结果比较,微量滴定法的精密度和准确度较好,使用的标准溶液和样品量少,快速,适合于铁样品中铁的含量分析。
Using the basic principle of chemical titration, a method of iron content analysis in iron ore samples by trace titration method was established. With potassium dichromate as standard solution, with sodium dipheny laminesulfonate as indicator, the iron content was determined by trace titration method for samples treated by mercury-free process. The analysis results showed that the average iron content was 38.94% ; with an average relative standard deviation of 0.19%. The trace titration method possesses good precision and accuracy, which is suitable for iron content analysis.
