汽车自动变速器机械与液压系统故障诊断与排除方法 被引量:5

摘要 汽车自动变速器是集机械、电子、控制、计算机、液压等多种高技术与一体的现代汽车重要总成,故障诊断与维修非常复杂,对维修人员要求高。对于自动变速器的电控系统故障通过仪器调取故障码基本可以解决,但对于自动变速器机械和液压系统的故障诊断则是一个难题。以TOYOTA A43DL自动变速器为例,详细介绍了汽车自动变速器机械和液压系统试验的操作步骤,同时阐述了根据试验数据进行故障诊断与排除的方法。 Automotive automatic transmission is the important assembly of modem automotive, which consists of mechanical, elec-tronic, control, computer, hydraulic and other high-tech. Its fault diagnosis and repair is very complicated and requires the mainte- nance personnel having advanced skill. The electronic control system failures of automatic transmission can be solved by retrieving the fault code from instrument. However, mechanical and hydraulic system fault diagnosis is a difficult problem. In this paper, taking the TOYOTA A43DL automatic transmission as an example, the automotive automatic transmission mechanical and hydraulic system test steps are detailed, and the fault diagnosis and troubleshooting method is introduced according to the test data.
