摘要
电站锅炉管道泄漏的声检测与定位系统,主要利用声学技术检测炉内管道的泄漏状态,并利用多传声器定位机理对泄漏点进行定位。分析了该系统的关键技术,介绍了其发展概况及应用现状,并提出了改进方向。
The system of acoustic detection and location for the leakage of boiler pipelines does not only use acoustic technology to detect the leakage in the furnace pipeline, but also can locate the position of the leakage by multi- microphone positioning mechanism. As a result, it can effectively reduce the chance of the unscheduled downtime caused by pipeline leakage. In this paper, the key technology of the system was analyzed, and then the current status of practical application was introduced. Finally, the directions of its improvement were present.
