摘要
随着计算机和网络技术的日益发展,尤其是"人搜搜索"引擎被广泛运用后,网络环境下的个人隐私状况已成为人们极为关切的问题。在网络环境下,公众知情权和监督权的行使与个人隐私权的保障的立法平衡是一个难题。在诉讼管辖和法律责任承担等方面的重构有助于完善网络隐私权的保护。
with the rapid development of computers and network technology, especially the extensive use of the ＂cyber manhunt＂ engine, individual privacy under the network environment has become an issue people are deeply concerned with. This paper intends to explore the properties of online privacy and give some suggestions on the legislative improvement in view of the existing inadequacy of online privacy protection in China.
