摘要
以室内评价方法和现场应用资料为基础,结合相关的理论研究成果,对无渗透钻井液的技术特点进行了分析,认为无论从评价方法原理还是从技术功能上讲,无渗透钻井液都是对传统钻井液技术的改良,且部分评价方法不足以反映无渗透钻井液技术的真实情况,指出该体系似乎不会有好的应用前景。分析其主要原因与无渗透钻井液在概念的定义上存在缺陷有关,由于缺乏明确的理论指导,导致该体系无法在技术上得到更进一步的提升。此外由于非渗透剂特性所致,使得这种材料与常规钻井液助剂差别较大,从而极大地限制了无渗透体系的正常使用与维护。通过对各种资料总结分析后认为,无渗透钻井液不是一种独立的钻井液体系,与传统钻井液相比,其大多数特征性技术功能并不具有实质性的差异。
Analyses were done on the technical features of non-invasive drilling fluids using laboratory experimental method and field application data.The analyses suggests that the so-called non-invasive drilling fluids are modification of traditional drilling fluids and some testing methods used to evaluate non-invasive drilling fluids do not reflect the truth of the technology features of them.Non-invasive drilling fluids do not seem to have a prosper future because of the deficiency in the definition of the 'non-invasive drilling fluids'.Non-invasive drilling fluid technology will not improve because of the lacking of an explicit theory.There is also a big difference in nature between non-invasive additives and traditional additives,thus limiting the normal application and maintenance of the non-invasive drilling fluids.It is concluded,on the basis of the summary of various data,that non-invasive drilling fluid system is not a unique system,and there are no essential difference between non-invasive drilling fluids and traditional drilling fluids.
