摘要
常规酸化具有酸液分布不均匀、残酸返排不彻底等缺点。泡沫酸对地层渗透率和油水层都具有选择性,泡沫中气体膨胀能为残酸返排提供能量,使得残酸返排更彻底,携带能力强,返排时可将固体颗粒和不溶物携带出井筒。氮气泡沫酸化在华港104-P2井中的应用可以看出,该井在钻井完井过程中,由于固相颗粒侵入地层,黏土膨胀,使近井地带受到了严重伤害,常规酸化解堵措施无效果,泡沫酸化有效地解除了钻井完井过程中造成的地层污染,使油井恢复了正常产能,表明氮气泡沫酸化是一项解决钻完井过程中地层伤害的有效措施。
In conventional acid stimulation,the acid liquid is seldom uniformly distributed,and the residue acid can not be completely back flowed out of well.Foam acids are selective to formation permeability and oil/water zones.The expansion of gas in foam provides energy for the backflow of residue acids,making the backflow of residue acids more complete.Solid particles and insoluble matters can also be carried out of the well.Nitrogen foam was used in Well Huagang 104-P2 in acid stimulation,and it was found that the near wellbore damage caused by solid particles and clay swelling during well completion can not be remedied by conventional acid stimulation,while the application of foam acid stimulation recovered of normal productive capacity.
