医用臭氧治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效及分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨臭氧治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效。方法我院2005-09~2008-10间,共收治膝关节骨性关节炎68例,均采用医用臭氧关节内注射。结果本组68例中,治愈33例,显效29例,好转6例,1年以上复发率为5%。结论医用臭氧治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果明显,且复发率低,臭氧是治疗膝关节骨性关节炎有效方法,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate clinical effect of ozone in treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods From Sep. 2005 to Oct. 2008, 68 cases of such patients in our hospital were all suffered ozone intra - articular injection . Results 33 cases were cured. 29 cases were excellence. 6 cases were improved. The recurrence rate was 5 %. Conclusion Ozone has good clinical effect in treating knee osteoarthritis and its recurrent rate is low. Ozone is a kind of effective method to knee osteoarthritis and worth to spread and application .
