摘要
采用紫外差分吸收光谱法对烟气中主要气体污染物SO2进行测量,是目前常用的烟气检测方法之一。针对实际环境中的非线性因素所产生的偏差,首先分析了非线性因素的成因,而后提出一套四步校准方法:标准吸收截面的插值;光谱区域的加权组合;使用新的样品池采集光谱;非线性系数的最小二乘拟合。相对于传统方法,四步校准法具有简便,成本低,精度高等优点。使用标定后的测量探头对SO2进行多次测量,最大偏差不超过4.5%,平均偏差均小于1.5%,重复性不超过1%。
The SO2 monitoring in flue gas of a coal burning boiler is important to environmental protection. The nonlinearity of practical condition causes deviation from theoretical law. On the basis of the Lambert- Beer Law, a new four step correction method is introduced. This method including: cross section interpo- lation; weighting spectral region combination; acquiring the spectrum with new correction devices; leastsquare fitting of non-linear coefficients. Compared to conventional methods, this new method is low cost, convenient, and accurate. In the proof test, SOz with different concentrations are measured. The average error is less than 1.5%, while the maximum is less than 4. 5%. And the repeatability is less than 1%.
