摘要
目的:评价伊可尔治疗扁平疣的临床疗效及安全性。方法:随机编组(1:1),治疗组43例外搽伊可尔,对照组42例外搽0.1%维A酸霜,用药2个疗程后进行随访观察,以痊愈和有效例数的百分比计为总有效率,治疗后局部症状积分改善程度评价不良反应。结果:治疗前两组在性别、年龄、病程、皮疹分布方面无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组疗效有显著差异(P<0.01),在不良反应方面均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:伊可尔皮肤消毒液治疗扁平疣安全、有效。
Objectve To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Yikeer in the treatment of verruca plana. Method Forty - three cases with verruca plana of therapy group were given Yikeer, 42 cases with verruca plana of comparision group were given 0. 1% vitamin A cream. Effect was evaluated after 2 cycles. The total effective rate was the percent of cured cases and effective cases. The adverse reactions was evaluated by observating the symptoms after treatment. Results The two groups showed no significant difference in sex, age, course and the region of rash before treatment （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. There was significant difference between the two groups in clinical effect after treatment （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, while the two groups showed no significant difference in the adverse reactions （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Yikeer dermal disinfectant is a safe and effective drug treating verruca plana.
