摘要
三叉神经痛多因肝失条达，气机不畅，阻于阳明经络，形成气滞血瘀。针刺配合穴位注射，其目的是激发经气，疏通经络。指出：穴位注射疗效取决于进针方向，深度要准确，要有触电样感传至疼痛部位，才能收到较好疗效。
