摘要
[目的]探讨小柴胡汤(ss)联合5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)对Hca—F肝癌小鼠肿瘤间质血管生成的影响。[方法]选用Balb/c小鼠接种Hca—F肝癌细胞,制作动物模型后,随机分成对照组,5-Fu组。小柴胡汤组,小柴胡汤+5-FU组,观察结果采用处置前后体重差值比较;光镜下观察瘤体内血管数目;免疫组化法检测瘤体内微血管密度(MVD)。[结果]柴胡汤联合5-FU具有明显的抑制Hca-F肝癌小鼠肿瘤间质血管生成的作用。光镜下计数间质血管数目低于对照组,免疫组化显示瘤体内微血管密度明显低于对照组(P〈0.05)。[结论]小柴胡汤联合5-Fu对Hca—F肝癌小鼠肿瘤间质血管生成有明显的抑制作用。
[ Objective] Discussion about generating impacts through using Minor Decoction of Bupleurum unite 5 -floxuri- dine. [ Methods ] let Balb/c mouse vaccinate Hca - F hepatoma cells. Then they are devided at random into four groups - com- pared group;5 -FU group; Minor Decoction of Bupleurum group; Minor Decoction of Bupleurum combined with 5 -FU group. Observing means used Disposal of body weight difference before and after comparison ,light microscopy to observe the number of isible essels in the tumors, detected by immunohistochemistry in vivo tumor microvessel density (MVD). [ Results ] indicated that : Minor Decoction of Bupleurum combined with 5 - FU group obviously possess to inhibit Hca - F liver cancer mouses'tumors mesangium generation;mesangium amounts that can be counted by light microscope are lower than compared group;immunity group demonstrates that microvessel density MVD is considerably subnormal than compared group (P 〈0.05 ). [ Conclusion] Minor Decoction of Bupleurum unite 5 -floxuridine has obvious inhibition on generating Hea -F liver cancer mouseslumors mesangium.
