基质金属蛋白酶参与了众多生长发育和疾病的相关过程,是影响许多生理学和病理学机制的关键因素。文章详细阐述了基质金属蛋白酶在间充质干细胞分化为成肌细胞、成骨细胞、破骨细胞、神经细胞、脂肪细胞过程中所起的重要生物学作用,并对基质金属蛋白酶在间充质干细胞分化中的调控作用进行分析。
Matrix metalloproteinases involved in a wide variety of developmental and disease-associated processes, proving to be crucial protagonists in many physiological and pathological mechanisms. This review focused on the biological significance of matrix metalloproteinases in its regulation when mesenchymal stem cells differentiate into myoblastic, osteoblastic, chondroblastic, neural, and apidoblastic lineages. This study analyzed regulatory effects of matrix metalloproteinases on the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells.
