Frey术式治疗合并胰管结石慢性胰腺炎12例临床分析 被引量：4

摘要 慢性胰腺炎是以反复发作的上腹部疼痛伴不同程度胰腺内外分泌功能减退或丧失为特征的胰实质和胰管的不可逆慢性炎症。部分慢性胰腺炎病人需要外科手术来解除疼痛或梗阻。其中同时合并胰管结石和胰头肿块的病人外科手术方式选择尚无定论，笔者尝试用Frey术式治疗12例此类病人获得成功，现汇报如下。
