胰腺相关疾患治疗方式的选择：外科手术或内镜支架 被引量：1

摘要 由于解剖部位的原因，胰腺疾患常累及胆胰管会合部并致相应的临床症状，在针对胰腺疾患的治疗过程中，对胰管和胆管病理状态的纠正是重要的一个方面。在内窥镜技术尚未完善前，外科开腹手术一直是惟一可能选择的有效治疗方式。近几十年来，随着内窥镜技术和介入影像医学的发展，内窥镜胰管取石或支架管置放、经皮经肝穿刺引流等日益广泛地应用于胰腺相关疾患的治疗，对传统外科的手术治疗模式形成了较大的冲击，但也在适应证选择等诸多方面存在不规范、不统一的现象。如何客观评价不同治疗方式在胰腺疾患治疗中的实际效果，
