使用悬臂梁片段弓矫治前牙阻生 被引量:7

Orthodontic treatment of anterior impacted teeth with cantilever segmental arch

摘要 目的通过临床应用悬臂梁片段弓技术辅助矫治前牙阻生,检验其疗效。方法选择6例前牙阻生患者在外科手术后使用悬臂梁片段弓配合固定矫治器进行正畸牵引,共有7颗阻生前牙需要矫治。结果5例患者矫治效果良好,阻生牙顺利排入牙列。1名患者的阻生牙出现牙根粘连,无法进行正畸牵引。多数患者阻生牙均在外科手术暴露后1~2个月被牵出。与以往方法相比缩短了阻生牙牵引的疗程,减轻了患者的痛苦。结论悬臂梁片段弓技术是一种操作简便,疗效可靠的矫治前牙阻生的方法。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of anterior impacted teeth correction with cantilever segmental arch. Methods Six patients with 7 impacted front teeth were treated with cantilever segmental arch and fixed appliance after they were exposed by oral surgery. Results Good results were obtained in 5 patients, the impacted teeth were moved to the dental arch. One impacted tooth was ankylosed and failed to corrected by orthodontic force. Most of the impacted teeth were tracked out within 1- 2 months after exposure by oral surgery. Comparing with the traditional method, it had less treatment time and the patients had less suffering. Conclusions The cantilever segmental arch is an easy and reliable way to correct the anterior impacted teeth.
