摘要
本文从政府财政承受能力、企业的社会保险缴费能力以及农民工个人的参保意愿和缴费能力三个层面对浙江省建立农民工社会保障的经济可行性进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策建议。
The paper analyses the economic feasibility of establishing social security system for rural migrant workers in Zhejiang Province from three aspects, namely financial bearing capacity of the government, social insurance payment capacity of enterprises and willingness of workers of taking part in social security system and their payment capacity, and puts forward policy suggestions.
