摘要
2008年底,令人震惊的由"三聚氰胺"引发的重大食品安全事件,再次敲响我国食品安全的警钟。文章试图通过对我国近年来重大食品安全事件的分析,找出我国食品质量安全隐患所在,并就如何构建和完善我国食品卫生安全监管体系提出相关对策。
By the end of 2008, the shocking incident of food safety induced by "melamine" has given us a big lesson on guarding food safety. This article tries to find the problem of food safety in China through analysis on the series of incidents, and presents related solutions on how to construct and improve the supervision system of food safety.
