摘要
研究了异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)三聚体的合成工艺。讨论了月桂醇用量、转化率及三聚反应温度对三聚体性能的影响。该三聚体在分离游离IPDI后,各项性能指标符合设计要求。
This paper studies the synthesis technology of IPDI tripolymer and discusses the influence of amount of lauryl alcohol, conversion rate, and reaction temperature on the properties of the tripolymer; the tripolymer, after separating free IPDI from it, its every performance index complies with the demand of design.
