Performance of hemp/nylon/cotton blended yarn

摘要 为指导低支大麻/锦纶/棉混纺纱的生产与应用,分析研究低支大麻/锦纶/棉混纺纱的力学性能、条干、回潮率、染色深度和纤维在纱线中的分布等。实验表明:低支大麻/锦纶/棉混纺纱的性能随大麻含量的变化有较大的改变,且存在2个突变点,当大麻含量低于10%时,因大麻而带来的混纺纱性能变化并不明显,而当大麻含量大于30%后,麻的特性将在纱线中显得十分突出,由此带来的性能变化也将更加显著。 For helping the production and application of hemp/nylon/cotton blended yam, this paper used several modem testing instruments and investigated the mechanical properties, yarn evenness, regain, dye deepness and fiber content of hemp/nylon/cotton blended yarn. The results show that the performance of the low-count blended yarn is affected by proportion of hemp. There are two break points, the change of proportion of hemp do not affect obviously the properties of the blended yam when the proportion of hemp is less than 10%. However, when the proportion of hemp is up to 30%, the character of hemp in the blended yarn will become more and more clear.
