摘要
制约部队装备保障演练考核成绩准确性的一个重要因素就是考核指标体系的权重设置能否突出演练考核目标——部队装备保障能力的检验,为此,文章结合装备保障演练的能力指标体系的设置,通过对权重分析方法的比较,提出了采用G1赋权法来设置考核指标体系的权重,详细阐述了G1赋权法的原理、步骤,并以保障能力考核指标为例说明其具体应用,为进一步进行演练考核成绩综合评定的研究打下了基础。
One of the important factors which restricted the veracity of the result of the army equipment support maneuver assess, was whether can the weight of the assess index system give prominence to the goal of the maneuver assess-testing the army＇s equipment support ability. So this text combining the setting of the ability index system of the equipment support maneuver assess, compared of the weight analysis methods, introduced G1 method to set the weights of the assess index system, expounded the principium and the approach of G1 method, and took the assess indexes of the support ability as example to explain the calculating process of the weights of the index system, set the foundation for the further research on the assessing of the maneuver test result.
