摘要
介绍了FRF-1型鱼类呼吸测定仪的研制及计算机系统的硬件结构和软件设计,并对七种鱼的呼吸频率进行了测试,试验结果说明:水温升高或降低2~3℃;pH值从7降至5.5,浊度从25ppm升至50ppm,以及溶解氧的变化均会影响鱼的呼吸频率的变化,因而可用于水污染的监测。
The paper discripes the application of determination ofFRF-1 (fish respiration frequencies) in enviromental monitoring.And introduces the function of FRF-l instrument,sensor and structure of hardware and soltware of signle component computer system.Nine species of fish are determined by the instrument,the results show that if the tetnpreture rises or drops 2~3℃,pH is less thn 7,turbidity rises above 25ppm and DO becomes low.All these will affect the fish respiration frequencies and the FRF-l varies with the change of fish respiration frequencies.
