摘要
目的总结应用小型接骨板坚固内固定治疗下颌骨骨折临床经验。方法对应用小型接骨板行坚固内固定治疗的103例下颌骨骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾总结。结果所有患者手术切口Ⅰ期愈合,治疗效果满意;咬合关系良好、面部对称;影像学复查骨折线对位良好。结论小型接骨板坚固内固定辅以颌间固定治疗下颌骨骨折效果可靠,术后并发症少,是一种理想的手术方法。
Objective Sum up the application of small plate rigid internal f＇Lxation for the treatment of mandibular fracture clinical experience. Methods Application of the small plate with a solid fixed-line treatment of 103 cases of mandibular fractures in patients with clinical data review and sum up. Results All the patients healed I incision surgery, treatment satisfaction; good occlusion, facial symmetry; imaging review on-line fracture of good. Conclusion Small plate with rigid internal fixation between the fixed jaw jaw fracture treatment under the effect of reliable, less post-operative complications, is an ideal method of operation.
