关于钴基胎体材料对金刚石具有高把持力机理的探讨 被引量:13

摘要 应用扫描电镜和X射线衍射技术对纯钻基金刚石刀头进行了形貌、结构观察和物相分析,发现金刚石和胎体间没有裂纹,断裂总是发生在基体上,而不是金刚石一钴界面上,并且金刚石表面覆有一层灰色薄膜物质。物相分析结果表明,界面处灰色薄膜物质为Co3C相和Co-C固溶体,它们的形成引起强烈的界面键合作用。另外,β-Co→αCo相变导致的附加体积收缩伴随着相交点附近钻的延伸率的导常增高,从而有效地改善了胎体对金刚石的机械镶嵌强度。 The morphological and structural observation and phase analyses on the diamond segments with pure Co matrix were performed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffractometry. It can be seen that there is no crevice between diamond and matrix, fracture always occurs in the matrix rather than at the diamond-cobalt interface, and the diamond surface is coated with a grey layer. Furthermore, the results showed that both of Co3C and Co-C solid solution are formed on the interface, which causes a strong interface bonding. In addition, an extra contraction resulting from the transformation of 3-Co→-α-Co combined with an anomalous rise in elongation of cobalt at the temperature close to the phase transition will effectively improve the embedding strength.
